Unmanned Systems Canada / Systèmes Télécommandés Canada (USC-STC)

The country’s largest and most influential organization representing the rapidly growing world of automated and autonomous vehicles and devices. These include Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS, popularly known as drones), as well as machines that can operate on land or water (including below the surfaces of both).

Join us in Ottawa at “Unmanned Canada 2019 – Innovating Canada by Air, Land and Sea’ this October!. Get updates directly from Transport Canada, industry experts, academics and suppliers across all three sectors of the rapidly expanding world of unmanned, remotely piloted and automated vehicle technologies. Connect with peers, regulators and meet new suppliers, buyers, and services providers at UC19Ottawa. Workshops, working groups, exhibitor booths in the trade show hall, B2B meetings and networking sessions will keep you busy for three days of #GoodDroneWork.

These systems play an increasingly important and positive roles across the planet, whether it’s relieving humans from carrying out dull, dirty or dangerous work, capturing data for industry – or even carrying out life-saving missions like Search and Rescue work, rapidly mapping areas following natural disasters, assisting with scientific research and even delivering critical medicines or supplies to remote communities.

There can be no doubt: These technologies are changing the world. And Canada has been one of the global leaders in their development and adoption.

And USC-STC is engaged in multiple capacities: As the voice of the industry, a networking and research-sharing platform, an inspiration for student engineers through its annual competitions and scholarships, and its ongoing priority of seeing greater diversity and gender equity within the field.

Our annual Unmanned Conference is the nexus of these many roles, and has become the “must attend” event for manufacturers, service providers, researchers and regulators in Canada. This year is USC-STC’s 17th annual conference, and this year’s event in our nation’s capital our most ambitious undertaking yet.
